No. We never call customers unless the business picks up the phone first and confirms they want to connect with the customer.
What will the bot text to the customer?
By default, the bot sends a sales-optimized message with the client’s name, validation of the request, a call-to-action, your contact details, and a clarifying question. You can also write any instruction (as if you were training your operator) in the section “How to Reply to Customers (Instruction for AI)”.
